怎么样防止济南花生油变质?

  家庭食用花生油若保管不当,很容易引起变质,变质的花生油食用后对人的肠胃有强烈的刺激作用,甚至会引起中毒。为了防止济南花生油变质,可采取以下一些措施:

  1、要合理地选择花生油的储存容器。油多时可选用陶瓷缸,尽量减小容器的口径;油少时可选用不透光的深色的玻璃瓶。油装满后,应密封瓶口,使油和空气隔,防止食用油氧化变质。人们往往习惯用金属或塑料瓶盛装食用油,实际上是很不科学的,因为金属分子和塑料中的增塑剂,能加速食油的酸败变质。

  3.、储存花生油要防止高温。储存温度以10℃---15℃为好,一般不应超过25℃,因此,夏季不宜储存,应尽量购买新鲜花生油,建议购买农家小院自榨花生油,经常食用新鲜油。另外要注意,食油内不能混入水分,否则容易使油脂乳化,混浊变质。也可按40:1的比例往油中加入热油,可起到吸收水的作用。
